Only 12 songs last month. I found myself listening to other playlists, or just complete albums. So there are three Low Life songs in the mix, but I would generally just end up putting on my Low Life playlist. I saw them live during the month, and it just made me love some of the songs even more.
C.O.F.F.I.N released a new album, Out In Oslo. 13 Days is one of the beautiful singles.
Seize the Power was on the soundtrack of a show I was watching. I actually Shazammed it. I had to reload the app because I hadn’t used it in that long, but I liked the song. At some stage, I should probs go and check out some of YONAKA’s other songs.
Noobie is one of my faves by The Pretty Littles. I heard it while listening to a playlist I’ve made of their tunes and thought I would like it on repeat for the month. Same thing with Nabokov, but obviously for Fontaines D.C.. Marianne is their new release, and if they released a song that was just the alphabet, I would have it on repeat.
Not sure what prompted me to add Oops, but I’m so glad I did. So funky.
Kid is a new DIIV song, and I just wanted to make sure I was hearing it some more throughout the month.
She Got the Bomb and Southerly — I actually cannot remember how I came to add them. I vaguely remember them being added quite late in the month, but that is about as much as I can tell you.
